Cat Tien, Vietnam

Overlooking the Ben Cu Rapids, the converted ranger's station provides an excellent lodge for dining, relaxing at the bar and provides a small facility for meetings. It is situated about 1.6 km away from the Park Headquarters, which is accessed by a small river ferry. The lodge provides an electric cart to collect you (and your luggage) from the boat landing and HQ area, although many people enjoy the walk in the morning or evening.
Accommodation units, suitable for double occupancy consist of deluxe tents, and traditional Vietnamese wooden houses. These are secluded and equipped for comfort, with good quality bathrooms, and tastefully selected furnishings. Each room is provided with a mini-bar, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning units as required. Many accommodation units are accessed via elevated walkways and offer either views across the Dong Nai river, or a 'living in the jungle' ambience.
Traditional Wooden Houses: These rural Vietnamese bungalows, nestled in amongst the trees provide two double bedrooms each, with fully fitted en-suite bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and private verandas looking out in to the jungle.
Built from reclaimed timbers and tiles, and insulated from midday heat we aim to have a low environmental impact without compromising your comfort.
River-View Tents: Overlooking the Ben Cu Rapids, these deluxe tents are constructed on elevated wooden platforms and reached via a network of walkways, lightly touching the forest floor. Each tent provides one double or twin bedroom with well fitted bathrooms, mini-bar, fan and air-conditioning. Walk out on to the balcony in the morning to watch the sun rise and hear the gibbon call. Tents are accessed via elevated walkways through the forest ... subtly lit by night.
