15 Day South to North
Day 1 Ho Chi Minh City
Arrive and check in to the hotel. Evening meet your Tour leader for the group meeting.
Day 2 Ho Chi Minh City
Morning after breakfast, we embark on the walking tour of the city, you will visit Post office, Notre Dam Cathedral, Re-unification Palace, War Musuem and the vibrant Ben Thanh market. In the evening you will board Re-unification express to Nhatrang (B) Approx 8hrs
Day 3 Nha Trang
Arrive in Nha Trang in the morning. You can sit on the beach soaking up the sun, take a boat trip, or perhaps visit nearby historical sites. Optional activities can include a boat trip to nearby islands for snorkeling and scuba diving.
Day 4 Nha Trang
Full day to relax or indulge in more optional visit to the sights, mud bath or simply take a sun bath by the south china sea. On the evening we take an overnight train to Danang (B) Approx 12 hrs train ride
Day 5 Hoi An
From Danang, it is only a short drive to the picturesque port town of Hoi An, once known as Faifo, being old trading town you will still notice strong south Chinese influence. Afternoon walking tour of the old town
Day 6 Hoi An
Free day to get your outfit made from 100 of Tailors or relax at the café by the river front or hire cycle and venture out to the country side (B)
Day 7 Hue
After breakfast we drive to the city of Hue which represent the old Nguyen Emperor regime. Our drive will be passing through famous Lang Co beach and over Hai Van Pass. Upon arrival in Hue, guided tour of the Citadel (B)
Day 8 Hue
You have option to Travel by boat along the Perfume River and visit Tien Mu Pagoda and the tombs of famous Nguyen Emperors. Afternoon you will board the Overnight train to Hanoi (B) Approx 12hrs train ride
Day 9 Halong Bay
Overnight on Boat
Upon arrival you have option to sample the famous Hanoi’s ‘Pho’ for breakfast. Then we drive we drive to Halong City and than embark on a boat cruise around the Halong Bay.
(LD) Approx 3hrs drive
Day 10 Hanoi
After breakfast, we'll transfer back to Hanoi. Afternoon guided walking tour of the Hanoi's Old Quarter (B)
Day 11/12/13/14 - Mai Chau: Volunteer Project
Drive to the picturesque valley of Mai Chau You will be spending next four days in the rural area of North West Hanoi where the modern capitalization has still not favored the locals unlike other cities in Vietnam. Fantastic opportunity to learn the lives of local people and help the kids at the school by imparting your language skill. Accommodation will be basic at the local family house (BLD) All meals included
Day 15 Hanoi
Drive back to Hanoi in the afternoon. Tour ends upon arrival (B)
